About Us
We are Liz & Chantelle, the owners, designers and makers of all things SilverHope and we are here to make a difference.
SilverHope was built to raise funds for charity in appreciation for the support received by Liz and her family during her son’s successful fight against Leukemia. Coupled with Chantelle’s passion for inspiring others, Liz harnessed her flair for jewellery design and together they produced a business founded on Charity, Inspiration, Paying It Forward and Random Acts of Giving.
SilverHope and Runmums believe all women should have access to the tools and resources to improve their health and wellbeing, so we want YOU to donate your old journey tag so we can pass them forward.

How long will my order take?
Unless stated otherwise each piece is made to order therefore some pieces may take a little longer than others. We will endeavor to start working on your piece(s) within 48 hours of receiving your order with despatch to take place within 7 business days. However, often we are able to turn around certain orders quicker, so we encourage you to contact us if you need urgent inspiration.
How will my order be delivered?
Once your order is despatched you will receive an email with your tracking number and method of shipping.
We use Sendle where possible however PO Boxes and remote areas are sent with Australia Post.
Express Post is available however note that this does not include express making of your order.
If you have an concerns on your delivery please contact us straight away.
Are your products handmade?
The majority of our pieces are made to order as we know each person if different and we want to reflect this in every piece so that you are receiving something truly different and unique.
We don't use computers or molds rather we prefer use our hands and many natural products. With this it leads to variation in colour and style.
With this in mind, if there is something you are particular about, please reach out to us, or add an additional comment in your order.
Can I find your products anywhere?
We are mainly an online, direct to customer business.
Glimmer Gear and Runners Boutique have a limited range of our products.
